Who should use an image pack?
Any or all of the following:
1. Anyone who wants a faster connection to SEI
2. Anyone who uses the same computer or groups of computers to play SEI.
3. Pretty much everyone ;)

Is there any reason I shouldn't use it?
Only if you play on multiple computers and cannot download the pack to the same directory on each computer.

Where do I get it.
You can download it here.

Ok, I downloaded it, what now?
Extract the image pack to a directory of your choice. (examplec:/sei/images)
Goto Player Options
Type in the directory where you installed it prefaced by file:/// (example file:///c:/sei/images/)
Click the submit button to update your information.

If you see 'blank' images or cannot see the images, verify that the image pack exists in  the correct place. If you continue to have issues, message an admin for help.
