#Solar Rules and Guidelines:
If we are to maintain this channel for use of SEI we wish that you please follow the following rules and guidelines:
1. No spamming. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized scripts and bots and excessive use of colors, bold Font, constant caps or repeated nickname changes.
2. No vulgar, racist, or offensive language. This includes, but is not limited to, swearing and harassment.
3. All communication should be in the English language. (Feel free to create your own IRC channel for use in other languages.)
4. No posting of offensive URLs.
5. No advertising (this applies to other IRC channels or web sites).
6. Drugs, sex, pornography, and other related topics are prohibited.
7. Bots (clients that have automated responses to certain commands), are prohibited.
8. Do not publish the location or statistics of players ships or planets.
9. Do not change your nickname in order to communicate when a channel is moderated.
Note: These rules also apply to quit messages: users with inappropriate quit messages will be banned from the channel until it is changed.
